A CONSERVATIVE BUSINESSMAN. COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY.

For over 30 years, Mike Hager has called Rutherford County home. A father, a farmer, and a businessman, Mike understands the challenges our families face because he has lived them. He is returning to Raleigh to ensure that our values—faith, hard work, and neighborly love—are never forgotten.

Executive Director, KidSenses "The Factory"

"Mike leads our conversations as a human being rather than a representative with a political agenda."

True leadership isn't about what you do when the cameras are on; it's about what you do when the storm hits. From supporting local small businesses to risking his own safety to help neighbors during the Hurricane Helene recovery, Mike Hager is a mentor to the business community. He understands that for Main Street to thrive, they need a representative who is accessible, genuine, and "real."

"I know what he did through the hurricane... he risked a lot. He inspires me just as a man."

PROTECTING SENIORS

"You paid off the mortgage. You shouldn't pay rent to the government." Mike is fighting to expand the Homestead Exemption to freeze property taxes for seniors on fixed incomes.

BUILDING THE WORKFORCE

"Starving Artist? Yes. Starving Engineer? Never." Mike is committed to partnering our Community Colleges with UNC Charlotte to bring an engineering and trades incubator to District 113.

RESTORING PUBLIC SAFETY

"If we can't protect our citizens, we aren't doing anything well." Mike backs the blue and is fighting to fix the court system's "throughput" issues to end the catch-and-release of criminals.
